Aegis Logistics runs an integrated LPG and liquid logistics platform spanning sourcing, port terminals, storage and distribution across India, and its Q2 FY 2026-2027 print arrives just as West Asia supply routes partially normalise after months of disruption. The key things the quarter will speak to are whether management's 'normalcy return back' call for Q2 played out in volumes, and whether the elevated INR7,000+ per ton distribution margin held as supply chains stabilise.

Aegis Logistics is scheduled to report its Q2 FY 2026-2027 results on October 26, 2026.
For FY26, the company paid an interim dividend of 200% (Rs 2.00/share) and a final dividend of 670% (Rs 6.70/share), taking the total FY26 dividend to Rs 8.70 per share on a Rs 1 face value; the final dividend was approved at the 69th AGM.
The central test this quarter is management's Q1 FY27 call statement that 'normalcy return back... sometime in Q2' on LPG supply, after April throughput fell about 50% and May about 30% during the West Asia disruption. The external backdrop supports a sequential recovery — national LPG consumption rose from 2.35 mn tons in July to 2.42 mn tons in August, and the July ceasefire saw Hormuz traffic resume — but October's re-escalation, with Hormuz traffic at about 74% of pre-war levels, suggests normalisation is partial and back-loaded within the quarter. On margins, the bigger question is internal: Q1's 30.28% EBITDA margin was flattered by a Rs 443 Cr inventory drawdown, and the gas division's 26.41% EBIT margin sits well above its 8-16% historical range, so margins are more likely compressing toward historical norms even as the blended distribution margin stays guided at around INR7,000 plus per ton for FY27. Saudi CP re-rising through the quarter (September propane $625/tonne, October $680/tonne) passes through reported revenue, and the rupee's 1.2% July-September decline is a mild tailwind to dollar-denominated sourcing margins of $85-90 per ton. The call is also expected to cover the commissioning cadence — Mumbai's 64,000 cbm in H1 FY27, JNPA Phase-1 liquid storage in Q3 FY27, the Kandla-Gorakhpur pipeline in H1 FY27 — and the first ammonia distribution margin disclosure promised after Pipavav's first quarter of operations.

Management has guided a blended distribution margin of around INR7,000 plus per ton for FY27 and INR7,000+ per ton through FY28, tying sustainability to continued volume growth. The margin has stepped up from about INR4,000 per ton achieved up to FY24-25, helped by Mangalore terminal operationalisation and capacity increases at Kandla and Pipavav.
The CFO has said 'We would exceed the 25% CAGR... from 2022 to 2027', calling the target conservative, with base EPS having grown from INR6 to INR26 and FY26 PAT up 41%. The guidance is open-ended, with potential step-up growth from enablers being put in place.
Management has confirmed ammonia throughput margins of INR2,500-3,000 per ton and distribution margins of up to INR5,000 per ton. Ammonia distribution will be run inside the existing Aegis distribution business, with margin details promised after the first quarter of operations at Pipavav.
The company has guided gross capex of INR10,000 crores ($1.2 billion) by FY27, against an INR5,000 crores position with about INR3,500 crores of projects underway as of Q3 FY26. A longer-term pipeline of approximately $5 billion through FY2030-31 is also in place, with heavy investment phases in FY29, FY30 and FY31.
Q1 FY27 revenue rose 37.07% YoY to Rs. 2,356.86 Cr, driven by LPG distribution volumes that grew 91% YoY to 2.77 lakh MT, though revenue declined 9.16% QoQ. Terminal logistics volumes held resilient at 1.124 million MT despite geopolitical disruptions.
