Endurance Technologies' board will meet on 3 November 2026 to consider the Q2/H1 FY27 financial results. The Q2FY27 earnings call has been intimated for the following day.
The company has intimated an earnings call on 4 November 2026 at 11:00 AM IST, led by Nishit Jalan of Axis Capital. Management on the call includes Anurang Jain (MD), Massimo Venuti (Director & CEO, Endurance Overseas), Rajendra Abhange (Director & COO) and R S Raja Gopal Sastry (Group CFO).
The swing variable this quarter is whether management's "better Q2 and Q3 for sure" margin promise materialises after standalone EBITDA margin fell to 11.2% in Q1 FY27, down 180 bps YoY on raw material and energy costs. The volume base is strong on both geographies: SIAM Q2 FY27 wholesales came in at 2W +15.2% YoY and PV +30.7% YoY, FADA retail printed records in all three months, and EU new car registrations were up 5.7% YTD through September. On costs, management guided full raw-material pass-through from every OEM effective in Q2 and a ₹12–17 per kg aluminium-alloy softening "which will be a gain to us" — directionally consistent with MCX aluminium easing from ₹347.95/kg on 21 August to about ₹325 by mid/late October — though domestic HRC steel spiked to a four-year high of ₹62,000/tonne in September (+25% YoY), a headwind wherever the concluded settlements lag spot. The quarter also marks the first consolidation of 100% Stöferle from 29 September 2026, with Fondalpress joining from 6 October, and the battery-pack margin update management explicitly deferred to this 4 November call.

Aluminium alloy softening of ₹12–17 per kg was guided as a gain, though management declined to quantify the overall margin recovery amount.
Commercial production at AURIC Shendra started on 25 September 2026 with initial capacity of 900 MT of castings per month, expandable to 1,100 MT/month by March 2028. Management expects a large increase from Q4 FY27 and peak orders of almost ₹513 crores per annum in early FY29.
Management deferred a clearer battery-pack margin update to the 4 November 2026 call, with the aim of reaching average company margins on 2W and 4W battery packs. The 2W battery pack assembly line at Talegaon is expected to be fully utilized by October 2026.
