ITC Hotels operates owned and managed hotels across seven brands — ITC Hotels, Mementos, Epiq Collection, Storii, Welcomhotel, Fortune and WelcomHeritage — with 156 operational hotels and 77 in the pipeline as of 30 June 2026. The Q2 print will speak to how demand held up through the seasonally soft monsoon quarter amid the West Asia conflict overhang, and whether the 31% consolidated EBITDA margin of Q1 FY27 withstands an energy and food-cost basket that worsened through September.

Under Regulation 29 of SEBI LODR, the Board meets Monday, 26 Oct 2026 to approve unaudited standalone and consolidated results for the quarter and six months ended 30 Sep 2026, plus segment data, balance sheet and cash-flow statement.
At the 3rd AGM held on 6 Aug 2026, shareholders approved a final dividend of Rs. 1 per equity share (Rs. 1 face value) for FY26, with 99.9793% in favour.
The quarter's central test is whether the 'swift recovery' narrative from Q1 — occupancy and room rates rebounding in May–June after April's West Asia-driven softness — holds through a seasonally soft Q2 on a base of the highest-ever Q2 FY26 print of Rs. 839 Cr consolidated revenue, 72% occupancy and Rs. 8,100 RevPAR. Demand indicators point to a domestic-led quarter: July 2026 foreign tourist arrivals rose 5.34% YoY to 722,705, while GHK (completed 1 Sep 2026) adds one month of owned-hotel revenue and management fees, up 35% YoY to Rs. 49 Cr in Q1, remain the fastest-growing stream against the 2.5x-by-FY30 target. On costs, the basket moved against the company through the quarter — Brent re-spiked above $100 in September and food inflation accelerated from 5.52% in July to 7.74% (provisional) in September, a direct opex headwind on the F&B line that is roughly 40% of the revenue mix, while ARR-led pricing pass-through typically lags. The company enters with buffer — a debt-free balance sheet, FY26 operating cash flow of Rs. 1,109.85 Cr and Q1's 31% consolidated margin (+123 bps) — so the margin bridge will hinge on management-fee growth and cost programmes versus the worsening energy and food basket. The upcoming call is also expected to cover the first consolidation of GHK, the Kumarakom renovation ahead of its Q3 FY27 relaunch, and whether headline PAT is again presented before exceptional items, as in Q3 FY26's Rs. 84 Cr consolidated charge.
Performance vs guidance tracking: Portfolio and fee targets remain the scorecard, with no P&L guidance given.
GHK consolidation and Kumarakom renovation: Two inorganic deals executed within four months now move into the P&L.
Operating metric trajectory: Q2 is the seasonally softest quarter on a record base.
Exceptional items and Branded Residences: Reporting-basis items that shape the headline print.
Risks and headwinds to monitor: Company-flagged monitorables for the quarter.
Consolidated revenue from operations rose 14.77% YoY to Rs. 936.02 Cr in Q1 FY27, with management fees up 35% YoY to Rs. 49 Cr and F&B up 11%. The company has posted highest-ever revenue and profits in each of the last three reported quarters (Q2 FY26, Q3 FY26 and Q1 FY27).
The Rs. 155 Cr EV acquisition of GHK Hospitality (130-key Welcomhotel Ahmedabad) was completed on 1 Sep 2026 and will first consolidate in Q2 FY27 with one month of contribution. Management expects the deal to be EPS accretive in the first full year post-acquisition.
The Kumarakom property, acquired at Rs. 205 Cr enterprise value in Q1 FY27, is undergoing a comprehensive renovation with relaunch as an 'ITC Hotels' brand luxury resort & spa due by Q3 FY27. Management expects stabilized revenue close to 3x current levels, with the acquisition expected to be margin-accretive to the portfolio.
The company targets 220+ hotels with 20,000+ keys by 2030 and 250 hotels / 22,000+ keys by 2031, with the managed portfolio growing to ~15,000 keys and the owned portfolio to ~7,500 keys by 2031. Management fees are targeted to grow 2.5x over FY25 levels by FY30.
