Lenskart Solutions is scheduled to report its Q2 FY 2026-2027 results on November 04, 2026. No dividend declaration was announced in the August 12 to November 3, 2026 announcements window.
The Q2/H1 FY27 earnings call is scheduled for November 4, 2026, at 5:30 PM IST, with pre-registration mandatory. No webcast or dial-in link is stated in the announcements.
The quarter's central test is whether Lenskart's margin engine kept compounding against a currency headwind: the rupee depreciated about 6% against the dollar year-to-date by late August while the yuan gained 4.3% against the dollar over 2026 to September 30, an adverse cross for China-sourced frames against a starting position of matched inventories (Rs. 1,037 Cr) and payables (Rs. 952 Cr).
India product margin held at 64.2% in Q1 FY27 on in-house manufacturing and premiumisation, and consolidated EBITDA (pre-IndAS 116) margin reached 13.3% against management's reiterated ~25% long-term steady-state target. Demand support came from pan-India retail sales growth of 8-10% YoY across July-September and GST domestic collections up 9.3% in August and 10.1% in September, while the September 2025 GST transition (12% to 5%) makes the year-ago base easier.
The main overhangs management has flagged are the customs Order-in-Original dated September 18, 2026 — a Rs. 13.17 Cr duty-plus-penalty demand from an HSN 9003 to 9004 reclassification that the company is appealing and calls immaterial — and the Middle East conflict, which affects a market that is about 6% of international store count and had recovered to near normal after a temporary traffic dip.
On the call, watch for confirmation of the Baofeng Framekart stake increase from 51% to 70% that was expected by September 30, 2026, and the international store-acceleration announcement management hinted is 'coming closer'.
Guidance scorecard going into the print: Where Lenskart stands against each stated goal:
Strategic initiative updates
Risks to follow up
Operating metrics with prior softness
Potential narrative shifts
Management has not provided a specific timeline for the 15% international margin; the latest print was 10.6% pre-IndAS in Q1 FY27, crossing 10% for the first time. Margin expansion is being driven by reducing Average Cost Price through supply chain integration, with multiple markets at different stages.
Management stated a roughly 10-month store payback, which it attributes to refined GeoIQ analytics rather than a fixed target. Stores also lift online conversion from 5% to 20-30%, and up to 35% with at-home eye testing.
Management said the unit economics work and that lower price points can be more margin accretive than higher price points, although absolute profit is higher at the latter. Profitability is assessed net of customer acquisition cost.
Management has guided net new store additions for FY27 to be around FY26 levels, when India added 542 net new stores. Q1 FY27 saw 132 consolidated net additions, of which 116 were in India, so the H1 pace is the checkpoint.
Consolidated revenue rose 33.6% YoY to Rs. 2,714.18 Cr in Q1 FY27, with India revenue up 30.7% YoY on 18.3% same-store sales growth. International revenue grew 38.0% YoY (about 29% in constant currency).
