Per the company's October 17, 2026 intimation, the board will meet on Saturday, October 24, 2026, to approve the unaudited Q2/H1 FY27 results (period ended September 30, 2026) with Limited Review under Regulation 29 of SEBI LODR. The trading window for designated persons is closed from October 1, 2026 until 48 hours after the meeting.
The quarter's central test is whether EBITDA margin holds within management's guided 13-14% band after Q1 FY27 printed 14.70%, with DRAM contract prices up 20-30% and NAND up 35-40% in Q3 2026 and the rupee near its 2026 high of 96.877 through the window. Demand visibility remains strong: the confirmed order book stood at Rs. 2,506.94 Cr plus Rs. 848.05 Cr of L1 at June 30, 2026 (management's ~Rs. 3,400 Cr characterisation), the pipeline exceeds Rs. 10,000 Cr with 40-45% AI-related, and AI Systems contributed 62.29% of Q1 revenue against a stated ~35% mix target. Execution timing is the swing factor, as the IndiaAI Mission has access to only ~30,000 of the committed 45,000 GPUs and the IT ministry is planning fresh bids, a delivery shortfall that could slip government compute order conversion; management has also cautioned that "every quarter will not be same" on execution lumpiness. Finance cost of Rs. 115.24 Mn in Q1 pre-dated the Rs. 1,200 Cr QIP allotted August 20, 2026, so most of Q2 ran on the pre-QIP net debt of Rs. 199.90 Cr with the post-QIP cash cushion arriving at quarter close. The upcoming call is likely to centre on margin attribution, executed-versus-remaining strategic order value, and working-capital trends against the 100-110 days inventory question.

Management has repeatedly called its profitability "top-notch quality margins" and reaffirmed on the Q1 FY27 call that margins will remain between 13% to 14% with "some basis point up and down is always possible". Q1 FY27 Operating EBITDA margin printed 14.70%, above the band top.
Analysts including CLSA have asked about the impact of memory and component inflation on revenue acceleration, margins and working capital, with shortages attributed to the AI demand surge. Management's response: "every quarter margin cannot be exactly the same... we plan our supply chain", citing proactive inventory management and cost pass-through to new customers.
The CFO clarified that the Rs. 270 crore increase in net borrowing was "transitory and strictly short-term, intended to fund working capital requirements for strategic and regular order execution". Net debt stood at Rs. 199.90 Cr at June 30, 2026 versus zero net debt at FY26 close, and the Rs. 1,200 Cr QIP completed in August 2026 is earmarked for working capital.
When asked if strategic orders imply about Rs. 400 crores per quarter, management said "it's not cast in stone that every quarter will be rs. 400 crores" and steered investors to annual guidance instead. Large orders can also push smaller orders into the next quarter.
Q1 FY27 revenue of Rs. 819.69 Cr grew +172.13% YoY and +5.94% QoQ, driven by AI Systems revenue of Rs. 510.57 Cr, up +484.20% YoY to 62.29% of operating revenue. FY26 revenue had grown +90.0% YoY to Rs. 2,183.56 Cr.
