The Board is scheduled to meet on Monday, November 09, 2026, to approve standalone and consolidated unaudited results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026 (Regulation 29, SEBI LODR). The trading window for designated persons remains closed till end of business hours on November 11, 2026.
The Q2 FY27 earnings call is scheduled for November 11, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. IST. The results presentation will be filed and posted on November 09, 2026. Scheduled participants include Dr. Ankit Gupta (MD), Dr. Sanjay Sharma (Whole-Time Director & CEO), Mr. Rajesh Sharma (Group CFO) and Mr. Sudesh Sharma (Chief Strategy Officer & Group OSD Finance).
The Q2 print will test whether occupancy recovers from Q1 FY27's 55.6% as Rudrapur's 330 beds (commissioned August 2, 2026) and any Narela beds ramp, against management's own framework that hospitals above 60% occupancy run 30-31% EBITDA while sub-60% units run 15-20%. The first full quarter of the October 2025 CGHS rate revision flows through, with management guiding a 7-7.5% ARPOB impact for FY27 (full effect Q2-Q4); Q1 ARPOB of Rs. 30,444 was already up ~12% YoY, within the 10-12% guided band.
Seasonal vector-borne admissions are a tailwind but milder than last year — Delhi recorded 597 dengue and 214 malaria cases by September 30, 2026, below comparable 2025 levels, though infections nearly tripled since August. Management's FY27 guidance path — revenue Rs. 2,080 Cr (+24%), EBITDA Rs. 530 Cr (+25%), blended EBITDA margin 26.7-27%, PAT Rs. 360 Cr and 4,740 beds by end-FY27 — remains the reference, with in-window announcements (Kanpur O&M, Prayagraj PPP) ratcheting capacity ambition toward ~6,660 beds by December 2028 versus the concall's 5,740-by-FY28 figure.
The call is also expected to address the reconciliation between the implied FY27 EBITDA margin of 25.48% from the guided Rs. 530 Cr on Rs. 2,080 Cr and the stated 26.7-27% band.
Performance vs FY27 guidance tracking: Management's Q1 FY27 (August 4, 2026) guidance is the reference for this call.
CGHS tariff flow-through and receivables: Q2 is the first full quarter of the October 2025 CGHS rate revision.
Commissionings and capacity additions: 450 beds are slated to commission in November-December 2026.
Rudrapur and Zirakpur ramp in new states: Rudrapur is the first entry into Uttarakhand, live since August 2, 2026.
Balance sheet and IPO proceeds confirmations: Debt elimination and IPO fund deployment are standing reconciliation items.
Management guided a blended EBITDA margin of 26.7-27% for FY27, restated as 26-27% in the current year, with PAT margin of 17-18% (raised from the earlier 15-17% mid-to-long-term band). Q1 FY27 printed a 26.5% EBITDA margin and 18.6% PAT margin.
Management has guided Rudrapur to Rs. 100 Cr of revenue and Rs. 20-22 Cr of EBITDA in its first year of operations. The 330-bed, NABH-accredited hospital was commissioned on August 02, 2026 after Park acquired 80% of V3 Healthcare for Rs. 1,416 Mn.
Management guided a 7-7.5% ARPOB impact in FY27 from the October 2025 CGHS package-rate revision, with partial effect in Q1 and full impact from Q2-Q4. Management called it one of the most handsome hikes with Park the biggest beneficiary, but is conservatively booking 7.5% and earmarking gains for technology and equipment upgrades rather than margin expansion.
Management stated there will be no EBITDA loss in new units, with year-one EBITDA starting at 10-12%. The Mohali ramp-up is cited as the template — monthly revenue grew from Rs. 52 lakhs at acquisition to Rs. 23 crores, with EBITDA moving from 12-13% to ~26%.
The company completed the full Rs. 3,800 Mn IPO debt repayment per its August 3, 2026 announcement, eliminating long-term debt; gross term debt had already fallen to Rs. 28 Cr as of March 31, 2026 from Rs. 450 Cr in FY25. Investors can watch for confirmation of nil gross term debt at September 30, 2026 in the Q2 filing.
