Prudent Corporate Advisory Services runs a B2B2C platform for mutual fund distribution through its Fundzbazar network of distributors, alongside insurance distribution, broking and alternatives. The Q2 print will speak to whether MF gross yield holds at the ~88.4 bps management guided as representative, and how the September market correction — industry AUM fell 5.1% MoM — flows through to AUM-linked trail revenue.

The board meets on Wednesday, October 28, 2026 to approve unaudited results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, and to approve share allotment under "Prudent – Employee Stock Option Scheme 2025". The intimation was filed under Regulations 29 and 30 of SEBI LODR, 2016, with the trading window closed from October 1, 2026 until 48 hours after results.
A post-results investor conference call is scheduled for October 29, 2026. The Q1 FY27 earnings call recording was made available on the company website after the July 27, 2026 call.
The quarter's story is a split between flows and mark-to-market: industry SIP contributions rose every month (Rs. 31,961 cr in July to Rs. 32,490 cr in September) and equity net inflows accelerated from Rs. 24,697 cr to Rs. 38,307 cr, but September's midcap-led correction (Nifty Midcap 100 down 7.62%, industry AUM down 5.1% MoM) hit the MTM lever on a book that is 96.8% equity-oriented with mid/small-caps at 23-24% of equity assets. On yield, management guided gross yield of ~88.4 bps as representative for the next three quarters after the 2.8 bps hit from SEBI's removal of the 5 bps exit-load benefit, with net yield to be maintained despite top-5 AMC TER/brokerage pass-throughs; scheme-level BER change notices through the quarter (SBI MF July 9, HDFC MF August 18, Franklin Templeton September 29) are consistent with gradual pass-through rather than a step-change. The margin question is whether OPM sustains the 25.6% printed in Q1 FY27 or reverts toward the 22.6-22.7% of Q2-Q3 FY26, with guided employee-cost growth of ~14% in FY27 and the ~Rs. 18 crores annual Karvy-plus-Indus amortization drag plus ~Rs. 92.32 lakhs per quarter incremental Indus cost working against it. On insurance, the IRDAI's September 23, 2026 consultation paper on distribution economics makes management's already-guided FY27 insurance yield reduction more concrete, though it remains a proposal with comments due October 25, 2026. The call is also likely to cover the FY27 gross SIP flow target of Rs. 14,256 crores and the SIF scaling, where AUM exceeds Rs. 500 crores with ~1,400 certified partners.
MF gross yield vs the 88.4 bps guide: The yield line is the most-watched number after the SEBI exit-load removal took 2.8 bps off in Q1.
AUM, equity net sales and SIP book after the September correction: September's industry AUM fell 5.1% MoM on MTM losses, so the Q2 AUM print tests the net-sales-vs-MTM growth framing.
Margin bridge and cost lines: OPM stepped up to 25.6% in Q1 FY27 from 22.6-22.7% in Q2-Q3 FY26; the question is where it settles.
SIF scaling and the MF-only PMS decision: Alternatives are the newest growth lever management has flagged.
Distributor momentum and insurance yield: Regulatory changes are driving distributor consolidation toward organised platforms, while insurance commissions face rationalization.
Gross yield declined to ~88.4 bps in Q1 FY27 from ~91.2 bps in Q4 FY26 — a 2.8 bps reduction — after SEBI removed the 5 bps exit-load benefit from TER. The entire book was repriced from April 1, and management said current yields would continue in the near future with a 1-2 bps drift possible over the medium-to-long term on new business.
Management stated the current quarter's margin is representative for the next 3 quarters, as nearly all AMC transfers and proportionate distributor pass-throughs are complete. OPM stood at 25.6% in Q1 FY27, up from 22.6-22.7% in Q2-Q3 FY26.
Management said it has not seen any major termination coming from the SIP, though the SIP termination ratio is higher YoY. Management flagged it would be a concern only if the market correction persists for several more months or quarters.
Revenue from operations rose 18.3% YoY to Rs. 347.6 Cr in Q1 FY27, with PAT up 44.4% YoY to Rs. 74.8 Cr. Growth was supported by equity net sales of Rs. 3,790 Cr (+49.9% YoY) and life insurance fresh premiums up 73.4% YoY.
